Position Requirements:
Must have some understanding of HTML and PHP code
Must have excellent documentation skills
Good communication skills, ability to work as a team
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Dreamweaver CS

Experience with template engines (smarty) and development of template models is a plus
Familiarity and hands-on experience with OOP concepts

Netscape Navigator 7.0+
Excellent grasp of CSS 1.0+ and their wide application
